Network execs felt adding Elmyra to the show would freshen it up, a move unpopular with both fans and people working on the show. The show ran for 6 episodes before it was collapsed into the The Cat & Birdy Warneroonie PinkyBrainy Big Cartoonie Show to burn off the rest of its episode segments.
